Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

International Shipping We currently offer international shipping. If applicable, international shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at cowboyware@cowboyware.com immediately with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.
